The class was very easy to learn from. The lectures were well structured and easy to follow along with in the book, where additional information was available to supplement the zoom call. The group environment allowed to hear others experience that related to the topics and allowed for many more real-world examples than those provided in the slides. I particularly enjoyed all of the food safety exercises. As someone new to a quality assurance role it really helped me to get a better grasp on food safety rules that I feel like I will be emboldened to bring back to my company for our own internal auditing procedures. I didn't particularly know what all I was going to be getting out of this course since it just came recommended to me by my supervisor so that we could have another PCQI trained individual for our site. Being new to the role I'm in now in Quality Assurance I am very glad to have gone through this training course. It really helped to explain a lot of the unknowns to me that I'm definitely going to be getting into and working hands on with. That's why all of the exercises throughout the training felt so beneficial to me. It will really help me to better take back what I learned to my company.
